Felipe Andrés Forero Hauzeur

Felipe Andrés Forero Hauzeur is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience spanning defense, diplomacy, technology, and entrepreneurship. A former Commander in the Colombian Navy, he led naval operations, international joint exercises, and training of hundreds of officers, earning recognition for his distinguished service. He later served in senior government roles, including Protocol Coordinator at the Colombian Ministry of Defense, Naval Attaché to the Office of the First Lady of Colombia - working on 3 different Presidential periods -, and Consul in New York and Newark, where he supervised teams and ensured transparency by controlling and auditing the execution of multimillion-dollar budgets and safeguarded the rights of more than half a million Colombians abroad. His unique career bridges national security, diplomacy, and public service, equipping him with deep expertise in governance, transparency, and international collaboration.
As Co-Founder and CEO of BCPartners Tech and Brooklyn2Bogota Digital Transformation Community, Felipe brings this strategic leadership into the technology arena, helping governments, organizations, and small businesses modernize with confidence.
